There’s no “magic” to getting a high rank in search engines’ results.

This is all you have to do:

1. Find out what your market is searching for
2. Create good content around those searches
3. Write well formed HTML around those searches
4. Network like hell to get links around those searches
5. and, as a commenter adds, update your site often

Don’t fall for the tired pitch “We’ll get you on the front page of Google!”
